Luke McFarland represented the largest group of plaintiffs in the Marshall Fire litigation against Xcel Energy and was one of the lead trial counsel for a planned 8-week jury trial. That matter ended with a $640 million settlement, the largest wildfire settlement in Colorado history. Luke is incredibly proud that this recovery helped his clients to rebuild and recover after their losses.
